  14.        (TUCSON, Ariz. -- December 6, 1991) -- Artisoft, Inc.,
  15. announced today that its LANtastic Local Area Network was awarded
  16. an Innovator of the Year Award for Computer/Software Innovation.
  17. Artisoft's Founder, President and CEO, C. John Schoof II accepted
  18. the award at the Arizona Innovation Network's Second Annual Awards
  19. Presentation December 4 at The Buttes in Phoenix.

  21. Artisoft develops and manufactures a full line of hardware and
  22. software for local area networks including the LANtastic Local Area
  23. Network. The LANtastic network is the leading DOS-based peer-to-
  24. peer network and has won numerous industry awards for its cost-
